On Aug. 5, we kicked off the first annual Be Day this Friday! We will be honoring Brian’s b-day each year on August 5th by spreading kindness throughout Greater Kansas City. Giving back was always one of Brian’s top priorities.
Generosity remains a priority with Brian’s family and The Hayhow Group. Locally, we volunteered at Children’s Mercy Hospital, dropping off care kits to the homeless at Kansas City Rescue Mission, dropped off school supplies at Gillis Center (www.gillis.org), and packaged diapers for families in need at Happy Bottoms (www.happybottoms.org).
No matter where you live in the world, we want to always encourage you to take a moment and do something kind, do something loving and something generous. Whether it’s taking an extra moment with your kids to get ready in the morning, donating to your favorite charity or simply helping someone by holding the door, let’s help everyone stay connected through kindness.
